Foreign Talents Bureau of Nanjing Held Talents Introduction Symposia in CEEG
The Symposia of Introduction of Foreign Talents of High Level to Nanjing is held in CEEG on 7th July. It is conducted by Wang Li, Deputy Director of Foreign Talents Bureau of Nanjing. Du Feng, Direct of Human Resources of CEEG joined the meeting and had a thorough conversation with the above-mentioned people.
At the beginning, Wang Li detailedly asked about the current situation of the demands of foreign talents or technology of CEEG, and said ��the purpose of this visit is to serve corporation��. Mr. Wang also introduced the current talents introduction policy of the Nation, the province and the city, especially the detailed measures of Nanjing City which is ��One Plan, Two Platforms, Three Supports and Four Services��. One Plan is leading talents and team introduction plan; Two Platforms include Nanjing Conference on International Exchange and Cooperation for Overseas Chinese Professionals and Nanjing Overseas Chinese Innovation Garden; Three Supports are Chinese personnel studying overseas Innovation Aid Scheme, Nanjing Chinese personnel studying overseas investment foundation, Provincial Special Purpose Foundation for commercialization of science and technology findings; Four Services include starting a business, Blue Card, Children, adequate and systematic services. Mr. Wang also introduced the resources owned by Foreign Talents Bureau of Nanjing which including four workstations for overseas talents, 10 education and science and technology department of consulates in the main developed countries, 20 special parties for the Chinese people studying abroad, 32 foreign experts. Mr. Wang analyzed several successful cases since last year and encouraged CEEG to make the best of the current policies and introduce various well-trained talents to develop and grow the company��s strength.
When mentioned the most important event for talents introduction this year �C 2009 Nanjing Conference on International Exchange and Cooperation for Overseas Chinese Professionals, Mr. Wang said that the scale of it will double comparing to last year. And the conference will attract more global excellent talents due to the long-term promotion work. He hopes that CEEG can join the conference actively.
The principals of Training Department of Nanjing Personnel Bureau came to this symposia and brought the work report of Nanjing Personnel Bureau��s education and training.
At the end of the symposia, Du Feng expressed sincere gratitude to the people from Foreign Talents Bureau of Nanjing and appreciated their visit and the most direct support and help. Mr. Du also said that the government has already set up the excellent platform and CEEG is such a company treasuring talents and will make the best use of this opportunity to lay the talents foundation for the company��s long-term development.
